QUEEN B IS BACK WITH A VENGEANCE!

It's Finally Here Dolls!

After weeks of anticipation and speculation ,last week, Beyonce finally revealed the video for her new single Who Run the World (Girls).



From the intense choreography to the couture fashion the music video has without a doubt lived up to it's expectations. The video seems to be set in a post apocalyptic era where Beyonce leads a tribe of about 80,000 women that are fighting a war against men. Beyonce uses horses, lions and other weapons to aid this age battle between female empowerment and male supremacy. B proves that she can rule her own empire without the protection of a man because fashion is the only armor that she needs.

The Looks

The music video is literally every fashion lover's dream as it is almost like a vogue photoshoot in motion. Here's a quick breakdown of some of my favourite key looks that Beyonce rocks in her video. From beginning to end it is clear that B and her stylists (including mama and designer Tina Knowles) put a lot of thought in to the pieces that are featured in this video. After watching the video I think its clear that Miss Knowles lives by one fashion rule , the more couture the better!

B's head wear is reminiscent of the extravagant crowns that Ancient Egyptian Emperors wore to signify their status in society.
